Excellent adhesion
Analysing the substrate and using the Sealproof EVO system makes waterproofing possible without the need for demolition or excess weight.
Easy to apply
Adapts to any type of surface.
High resistance to weather and UV rays.
Excellent resistance to extreme temperatures (-40°C and 80°C). Shock temperature 200°C.
Elasticity >600 %
Great elasticity, able to absorb the expansion of the ground and movement of the job.
Product withstand traffic when applied with PU Evo brilliant protector art. no. 0892 300 0.
Resistant to abrasion, tension, permanent contact with water, hydrolysis and microorganisms. High chemical resistance.
Suitable for tiling.
Can be paved or overlaid on the product.
Self-levelling product
- Has the ability to self-level on any surface.
- No recommended for application on slopes greater than 3 %.
To avoid chalking, yellowing or changes in tone, apply Protector PU Evo Brillante art. no. 0892 300 0.
Do not apply the product:
- In inclement rain or snow.
- On surfaces with a moisture index higher than 4 %.
- At temperatures above 35°C or below 15°C without adding accelerant (art. no. 0892300021), and under no circumstances less than 5°C.
Do not apply the product for waterproofing swimming pools in contact with chemically treated water.
These instructions are merely recommendations based on our experience. We recommend performing tests for each new type of application or surface to be treated.
Datasheets(X)
Waterproofing of balconies, terraces, pavements with pedestrian traffic, gutters, cisterns, channels, shower trays.
The surface to be treated must be smooth, clean and dry, with no residual moisture, and be as solid as possible. Before painting with the liquid membrane, analyse the substrate. Treat non-porous surfaces with PRIMER FOR SEALPROOF EVO 5L. (art. no. 089220005). On surfaces with low porosity and high levels of moisture, treat with 2-COMPONENT PRIMER EVO 4 KG ANTI-MOISTURE. (art. no. 0892200019). Stir the product before applying with an electric stirrer at low speed, allowing it to stand for a few minutes to expel any trapped air. Apply by short-haired roller, brush or airless spray gun (ideal for painting with PU). Apply the membrane in two coats of different colours obtaining a total thickness of between 1.5 and 2 mm. For very low temperatures and in fact highly recommended for all its applications, add the accelerant ACCELERANT FOR SEALPROOF EVO 1 L. (art. no. 0892300021), achieving a dry surface in approx. 3-4 hours. Up to 10 % PU solvent for SEALPROOF (art. no. 082344002) can be added in the first coat if necessary. However, diluting with PU solvent if applying accelerant to the paint is not recommended. The repainting time is between 8 and 24 hours and we recommend that no more than 48 hours be left between coats (once 48 hours have elapsed, use the PRIMER FOR SEALPROOF EVO 5 L again art. no.089220005).
Awkward points, substrates that move significantly and active cracks must be reinforced with GEOLASH - REINFORCEMENT MESH (art. no. 089230001) or EPDM REINFORCEMENT MESH (art. no. 0892300016). To increase abrasion resistance and create system that can withstand foot traffic, or to increase UV resistance (avoiding yellowing, chalking or changes in tone), apply PROTECT PU EVO BRILLANTE (art. no. 0892 300 0.)
Consumption:
As a guideline, the approximate consumption, depending on the porosity of the substrate, is 2 kg/m2 and 2 mm thick applied in two coats.
