- The edge protection system enables safe work on flat or inclined surfaces made of reinforced concrete (maximum incline below 10°) on buildings or other structures. It is capable of supporting a person who leans on the protection while walking and it stops the person from falling in the direction of the protection itself

Before installing the temporary guard rail, ensure that the structure to which it will be fitted is capable of absorbing the loads transferred by the bracket to the anchor point (see point 5 on page 4 of the instruction booklet)
Opening the clamp fully makes the two parts of the bracket come apart. Take care in order to avoid accidents during installation. (Risk of one of the two parts of the bracket falling from a height).
To prevent the bracket from coming away from the anchor point, make a hole with a diameter of 14 mm and a minimum depth of 60 mm on the inner bend of the upper fork and dry-fit a steel rod with diameter of 12 mm x 100 mm (see fig. 1 on the previous page). Cover the protruding part of the rod with a protective cap
Incorrect use of the temporary guard rail could cause a fall or accident. Therefore, please read the instruction booklet carefully before using the equipment for the first time

Conditions of use and limits
- Maximum useful height from the ground: 40 m
- Wind speed not exceeding 30 m/s
- Working surface gradient less than 10°
- The guard rail's inclination should not exceed a 15 degree deviation from the vertical
- Maximum distance between two brackets: 1,600 mm
- Insert spruce wood or other planks (minimum class C16 - UNI EN 338) into the corresponding brackets
- Size of the planks for the handrail, mid-rails and skirting board: 150 x 25 or 150 x 30 mm
