Ideal for working with polyurethane-based paints, Sealproof EVO, Pavilack, Paviteck etc.
Regulates the viscosity of the mixture when required for application reasons.
Optimum evaporation rate.
Enables high-quality finishes.
The resulting composition makes it less harmful than acetate-based solvents and derivatives.
Very useful for cleaning tools.
No polyurethane paint should be diluted by more than 10 % to avoid problems of excessive shrinkage. It is recommended not to add PU solvent to polyurethane membranes that contain other products as additives (e.g. accelerant). It is not recommended that the resulting mixtures be stored once the containers have been opened. CE mark goggles, face mask and gloves must be worn for use and handling.
These instructions are merely recommendations based on our experience. We recommend performing tests for each new type of application or surface to be treated.
Thinning: Mix the product in the original container of the product to be applied or in the container to be used for the application. Homogenise with a beater at slow speed, taking great care not to introduce air into the mixture. Apply the resulting mixture. Storing the now-diluted product is not recommended.
Cleaning: Place the product in the container where your tools are to be cleaned. Leave to act until the residue has dispersed in the solvent, or until the application tool (roller, brush etc.) is needed again.
