Features


  • Normal setting, low-shrinkage, R4 fibre-reinforced, one-component thixotropic mortar for structural repair.

  • Made of special cements, aggregates with a specific granulometry, silica fume, polymers and reinforced with polypropylene fibres.

  • Meets class R4 requirements under European Standard EN-1504-3.

  • Setting time at 20 °C and 50 % RH, initial 3/4 hrs, final 7/8 hrs.

  • Excellent thixotropy. Takes applications with a thickness of up to 5 cm without sagging.

  • Specially indicated for the structural repair of concrete without the need for formwork.

  • Excellent adhesion to concrete and rebars. No need for special primers. The forces are transferred to the repaired area.

  • Good waterproofing and compactness.

  • Suitable for contact with drinking water.

  • Easy to use and apply. Only requires water for mixing and has excellent workability.

  • Compensated shrinkage and no cracking.

  • Free of chlorides and other elements corrosive to rebars.

  • Odourless and non-toxic, suitable for repairs with little ventilation in galleries, water tanks etc.
Notice

Do not use leftovers from previous mixes.


Do not add fillers, aggregates or cements.


At temperatures above 25 °C, keep damp for 24 hours after application.
