Features
- Excellent adhesion of Sealproof EVO on problematic supports.
- Suitable for: Concrete, cement, non-vitrified ceramic tiles.
- Forms an extremely hard, strong, continuous film.
- Creates highly adhesive "bridges" between the substrate and the waterproofing treatment.
- Quick curing.
- Dries by reacting with ambient humidity. Touch dry 1-2 hours (25°C).
- Adapts to any surface shape.
- High resistance to abrasion, strain and breakage.
- Excellent resistance to extreme temperatures (between -40°C and 80°C).
- Maximum shock temperature 200°C.
Do not apply this product on substrates that are wet or damp, or have oil or grease stains.
Do not allow more than 4 hours to pass between applying the PU primer and the after-treatment.
These instructions are merely recommendations based on our experience. We recommend performing tests for each new type of application or surface to be treated.
Essential for all substrates that require high adhesion between the substrate and the treatment provided by the Sealproof EVO system.
Primer for non-porous substrates such as azulejo tiles, non-vitrified ceramic tiles, industrial floors, concrete and cement.
The surface to be treated must be smooth, clean, dry, free from residual moisture and as hard as possible. Can be applied with a short hair roller, brush or airless gun.
Always apply in thin coats. Apply the next coat before the preceding one dries to increase adhesion. Can be painted on after approximately 2-3 hrs.
Amounts used
The amount used is 0.100-0.200 kg/m2 depending on the porosity of the substrate.
