Features
- Pipe formed by five layers of different materials: a polyamide core, an aluminium layer for added resistance, protective fibre to prevent accidental outages, plastic polymer barrier and anti-UV and anti-wear outer coating.
- Expanded polyethylene coating with anti-UV outer layer.
- Compatible with most coolants on the market. Not compatible with R22.
- Two-tube assembly ready for installation, with connections made and available in lengths of 3 and 6 metres.
Advantages:
- The assembly with pre-established connections saves you a lot of time when carrying out small installations as you don't have to use any tools.
- It allows you to install the W-FLEXAIR® system without the need for the relevant tools, although it is recommended to have them.
In order for W-FLEXAIR® pipe installation to comply with the information stated in the Spanish Regulations for Thermal Installations in Buildings (RITE) for the insulation required for piping, it is recommended that the pipe be installed in a feedthrough.
1. Add MULTILUBE lubricating spray with art. no. PR01_089305540 to the nuts for an optimal connection.
2. Carefully tighten the nuts with a suitable torque wrench that is set to the size of the attachment being installed.
3. Do not install W-FLEXAIR® tubing if the bend radius is too tight as this may damage the product.
4. Avoid damaging or removing the insulation present on the product. If this insulation is damaged or removed, it will be the responsibility of the installer to repair this protection using products specific to air-conditioning units.
5. Before starting the system, always test the system for watertightness by applying pressure.
