Advantages

Make sure to clean the nozzle to avoid obstructions. The foam can leave an invisible transparent film at the nozzle outlet that causes the jet not to come out properly as a spray.
High-volume foams with high surface coverage:
Mega and Fast XXL, approx. 3 m2, thickness 1.5-2 cm.
Conventional foams:
Duo, 1C, Flex, tiles, ETICS and fire protection, 1.5-2 m2, thickness

It is advisable to obtain a professional's assessment of the application of PUR projected on site and the necessary FEICA course to be able to apply it. Construction management is likely to suggest level III advanced training in ISOPA/ALIPA course 011 (Spray applications outside a spray booth).
• We only guarantee correct functioning of the nozzle with all foams from Würth Spain. In the case of other foams on the market, tests must be carried out as we do not know the spray range they can perform.
• We recommend placing the nozzle in the gun to be used and not removing it again, leaving that gun as the gun for panelling.
• Before spraying the surface, adjust the pressure of the gun according to the desired size of the spray range.
• Moisten the surface using a sprayer. Then adjust the spray range and apply one coat. Re-apply moisture to the foam, let it dry for a few minutes and perform the operation again until the desired foam thickness is achieved.
• The nozzle can be cleaned together with the gun - it is not necessary to remove it.
• The nozzle has the same service life as the gun under normal conditions of use.
• In winter or in very cold areas it can be helpful to heat the containers a little so that the jet comes out evenly and as a spray. Immersing the containers in hot water for 30 minutes is a good solution.
