  • System consists of two elements: bolt and eccentric.

  • Bolts in standard size (diameter 8 x 34 mm), for improved adaptability with the dimensions used in traditional assembly systems and to facilitate the panel machining process (by standardising drilling dimensions).

  • For boards 15, 16, 18 and 19 mm thick.

  • Very easy to install.

  • Composition: die-cast zinc + nylon.

  • Choosing the MultiExpander system means using the latest technology available on the market.

  • Allows further drilling to 8 mm.

  • Allows continued use of the same panel sizes.

  • Increased production capacity (machining speed) due to the very low drill precision required when drilling to a diameter of 15 mm.

  • A state-of-the-art pin that can be inserted using a feeder.

  • Clamping capacity superior to any product currently available on the market.

  • Ensures secure, precise positioning of the parts to be assembled and in most cases eliminates the need for additional wooden dowels in small and medium structures (in almost all cases where a Euro thread is used).

  • In the MultiExpander system, the eccentric always locks in the 2 o'clock position for 100 % performance, definitively fixing the problem of cracks in eccentrics or bolts caused by excessive force.

  • Use of this assembly system reduces wobbling to an absolute minimum once the unit is assembled.
