  • Temporary edge protection system, class A, in accordance with UNI EN 13374:2019

  • The edge protection system enables safe work on flat or inclined surfaces made of reinforced concrete (maximum incline below 10°) on buildings or other structures. It is capable of supporting a person who leans on the protection whilst walking and it stops the person from falling in the direction of the protection itself

  • Bracket consisting of two parts, one inside the other, which can be slid thanks to a threaded rod

  • Clamp consisting of a fork made from folded sheet metal and a plate, one inside the other, which can be slid thanks to a threaded bar

  • Useful height of the bracket measured perpendicular to the work surface: 1 m

  • Made of steel S 235 JR G2, zinc-plated

Before installing the temporary guardrail, ensure that the structure to which it will be fitted is capable of absorbing the loads transferred by the bracket to the anchor point (see point 5 on page 4 of the instruction booklet)


Opening the clamp fully makes the two parts of the bracket come apart. Take care in order to avoid accidents during installation! (Risk of one of the two parts of the bracket falling from a height!)


To prevent the bracket from coming away from the anchor point, make a hole with Ø 14 mm and a min. depth of 60 mm on the inner bend of the upper fork and dry-fit a steel rod with Ø 12 mm x 100 mm (see fig. 1 on previous page) Cover the protruding part of the rod with a protective cap


Incorrect use of the temporary guardrail could cause a fall or accident. Therefore, please read the instruction booklet carefully before using the equipment for the first time
