When applying on new surfaces:
Wait 30 days until the mortar is set. Clean any efflorescence with abrasive blasting. Neutralise alkaline surfaces.
When applying to plaster:
Wait until it is dry (max. 20 % moisture) to clean the substrate of foreign products. Clean any efflorescence with abrasive blasting. Fill any defects in the substrate.
When applying on painted surfaces:
Completely remove old paint that is in poor condition or poorly adhered. Glossy surfaces must be matted to ensure good adhesion. Fill any defects in the substrate with putty.
These instructions are merely recommendations based on our experience. We recommend performing tests for each new type of application or surface to be treated.
Interiors and exteriors not directly exposed to the weather.
Shake the product until it is perfectly mixed. Dilute the product according to the porosity and condition of the substrate on the first coat. Finish with one or more slightly diluted coats until the substrate is completely covered. Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5°C or on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight.
Solvent for dilution and cleaning: water.
Brush or roller application: dilute 10-20 %.
Application with airless gun: dilute 5-30 %.
