Features
- Rough primer with excellent adhesion on porous and non-porous surfaces, such as concrete, cement mortars and plasterboard, ceramic tiles, paint etc.
- Textured with aggregates of controlled granulometry.
- A sealant of mineral surfaces. Equalising the absorption levels facilitates even drying of the finishes and the amount of finish required.
- Water-based, 1-component, ready to use.
- Fast-drying.
- Allows water vapour to transpire.
- Resistant to cement alkalinity.
- Can be applied indoors, outdoors, and on vertical or horizontal surfaces.
Advantages
- Promotes anchorage on smooth, hard-to-grip surfaces.
- Excellent performance.
- Easy to use and apply.
- Adapts to the geometry and smoothness of the surface.
- Free from plasticisers that reduce flexibility when migrating.
- Reduces mortar cracking.
Benefits
- Saves time during the application process.
- Improves the finish and its performance.
Do not use on surfaces that are in poor condition, disintegrated, wet or excessively damp.
Do not apply subsequent coats of solvent-based paint.
The product should not be applied in full sun, onto high-temperature surfaces, when rain or fog is forecast 3-4 hours after application, or outdoors in high winds.
Store in the sealed original containers at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C, avoiding extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
These instructions are merely recommendations based on our experience. We recommend performing tests for each new type of application or surface to be treated.
Adhesion promoter for any cement mortar, lime or plaster.
Apply on surfaces that are consistent, dry and clean of grease, dust, work residue, old disintegrated paint, water-repellent treatments, demoulding agents, saltpetre etc. To ensure adhesion, open the pore mechanically or manually on very hard, non-absorbent surfaces. If the surface features hardened, shiny, non-absorbent paint, sand and clean then apply directly. Stir slowly (250-350 rpm) to thoroughly mix the product before application. Apply with brush or roller. Spread the material, avoiding buildup but saturating the surface. Seal with a well-spread first coat, saturating pores and gaps.
Apply a second cross coat in accordance with the product drying times. One coat is sufficient for maintenance purposes when the coating is in good condition and well-adhered. However, where adhesion is more difficult, apply two crossed coats.
The tools used to apply the product can be cleaned with water, preventing them from drying out.
