Automotive, construction and assembly industries. Adheres brilliantly to a number of surfaces without the use of primer, including metals, painted surfaces, aluminium, PVC, glass-fibre reinforced plastics, ABS, polycarbonate and plastics. Can be painted over with most types of paint.
Clean and dry the surface to be bonded. The surface must be free from dust and grease. Connect the mixing-tube to the cartridge and press out 2 cm. Before use, make sure that the two components are completely mixed. 1:1 Mixing Ratio. Open time ca. 6 minutes at 23°C. After the applying the adhesive, join the parts together (within the open time) and immediately clamp or press. Curing time ca. 20 min at 23°C. Completely curing time: 24 hours at 23°C Note: Higher or lower temperatures than 23°C can have an effect on the opening and curing time.
