Characteristics
- High cross-linking aliphatic polyurethane paint.
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- Good resistance to chemicals.
- Excellent resistance to impact and abrasion.
- Short- and long-term coating with previous colouring.
- Resistant to mechanical traffic, but avoid small solid steel or hard plastic wheels.
- Non-yellowing white.
- Does not absorb oil stains or grease residue.
Advantages
- Weather-resistant.
- Easy to maintain.
Benefits
- Excellent finish quality and durability.
- For all types of pavement.
Do not mix with water.
Store in the original closed containers at temperatures between +5 °C and +40 °C and between 40 and 80 % relative humidity.
Use the entire container once opened, as it polymerises on contact with air.
The best performance is achieved within 7 days following the application of the last coat.
Paint for floors with high foot traffic and exposure to liquid spills, especially in mechanical workshops. Clean off residue immediately after spillage.
Public and private car parks.
Industrial warehouses.
For painting floors in the food industry that have no direct contact with food and protecting food and beverages against organoleptic contamination.
Chemical industries, refineries, petrol stations, workshops, shipyards, hangars etc.
Protects concrete in civil engineering, tunnels, dams, walls etc.
The surface must be uniform, clean, degreased, and silicone- and contaminant-free. Apply to hardened concrete, cement mortar, and porous and absorbent materials with a moisture content of less than 4 %.
Carefully take out both components before mixing. Add component B to the base of component A.
Stir the mixture for a few minutes, slowly agitating at a maximum of 400 rpm. Avoid air pockets.
Try to mix full containers. Can be diluted with anhydrous thinner or Würth PU solvent PR01_082344002
It is recommended that a first coat be applied at 20-60 % dilution with polyurethane thinner as a sealing layer to ensure integration into the substrate (the lower the absorption, the more thinner is required). Then apply 2 coats with a maximum dilution of between 5 and 10 %. Follow the recommended drying times between coats. To improve adhesion when applying, add 1 % of ADITOR PLUS PU additivePR01_0892214006 as an adhesion promoter. Apply with a special floor roller (free of moisture residue) or with an AIRLESS sprayer. If the paint is applied with an AIRLESS sprayer, a nozzle opening of 0.015-0.019 inch and a compression ratio of 150-170 kg/cm² are recommended.
When there is very little substrate absorption or when using very hard and old paints with good adhesion, we recommend a pre-test on 1-2 m².
