Permanent elasticity
Pavilack forms a coat of paint that has good elasticity for resistance to traffic abrasion, long exposure to adverse weather conditions, temperature and sun exposure.
Application in highly humid conditions may produce differences in the final tint of the product. Pavilack should be applied in a relative humidity of less than 95% and greater than 45%. Store in a dry place, protected from frost or direct sunlight, in its packaging.

Floor paint for use in car parks, industrial buildings, cellars, workshops, offices and laboratories. High-strength paint for floors subject to heavy traffic. Colourful decorative finish for concrete or screed floors. Ideal for indoor and outdoor applications on floors subject to high demand, such as traffic, shock, sun exposure to UV rays and high humidity.
Make sure that the surface on which Pavilack is to be applied is clear of any dirt such as oils, loose mortar residue or any other material that may hinder a completely smooth finish. This cleaning should be done without water. Mix component B into component A using a slow mechanical stir (max. 40 rpm). The mixture is ready to use once a uniform paint has been obtained in the chosen colour. Apply at least 2 criss-cross coats and allow to dry for 10-12 hours between coats. The drying time between coats may be affected by the relative humidity of the air and by the ambient temperature. Do not apply the finish coat when humidity exceeds 95 % and temperatures exceed +40ºC. Avoid air currents as this may cause problems with colour variation. Extend and apply with a short-pile roller.
