Features
- Concentrated liquid plasticiser-aerating additive to improve the workability of concrete and
- mortar in a cool state, and to reduce the mixing water required.
- Introduces air into the mixture to improve frost resistance and reduce the water absorption of concrete and mortars.
- Highly effective concentrated product.
- Compliant with standard EN 934-2:T2
Advantages
- Improves the workability and laying of mortars and fresh concrete.
- Brings the mixture together, avoiding disintegration.
- Reduces shrinkage in cement-rich mortar and concrete.
- Its aerating action breaks down the capillary network of mortar and concrete, increasing
- frost resistance.
- Reduces the amount of mixing water required.
- Facilitates the extrusion of the mixture.
- Does not contain chlorides. Suitable for any type of concrete (mass, reinforced or pre-stressed) and mortar.
Benefits
- Saves time during product application.
- Durability of the mortar applied on site.
Clean all tools and working supplies with water immediately after use.
Follow the recommended dosing range for the additive.
Do not add the additive directly to cement or aggregates.
Check compatibility between additives in the range before use.
Storage for prolonged periods below the prescribed temperatures may result in crystallisation of the product and/or increase its viscosity. In this case, defrost by heating it slowly to a moderate temperature while stirring gently to restore the product to its original appearance, colour and texture.
These instructions are merely recommendations based on our experience. We recommend performing tests for each new type of application or surface to be treated.
Datasheets(X)
Ready to use, and is added directly to the mortar or concrete mixing water.
Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures above 5°C. Protect from moisture, frost and direct exposure to sunlight.
Dosage
Dosage varies between 0.1 % and 0.2 % by weight of cement (50 ml to 100 ml per 50 kg bag of cement) depending on the desired degree of consistency in the concrete or mortar. Test first under the applicable conditions to adjust the optimum dosage of the additive according to the density required and the conditions of the job.
