Water-based oil-retardant and breathable water-repellent for the preservation and colourless protection of mineral bases.

Concentrated water-based micro-emulsion.

Odourless, suitable for almost all types of absorbent mineral materials, indoors and outdoors.

Water-repellent without creating a layer.

Significantly improves water and dirt repellency, making it easier to maintain and prolong the working life of the applied surfaces.

Colourless finish.

Applied undiluted, it will slightly enhance the tone of the base.

Penetrates the pores of the base.

Provides protection against dissolved pollution in water, degradation, frost and micro-organism growth, and helps prevent the deep adhesion of dirt.

Can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces.

For use on pavement and in areas subject to continuous friction. Depending on use, traffic, wear, type of base and maintenance, it can last between one and several years.

For all types of natural and artificial absorbent stone.

Micro-cement, mortar and concrete, coatings, mineral paints, refractories, clinker, facing brick, shingles, lime stucco, terracotta flooring, absorbent ceramic tiles, slate etc.

Notice

On horizontal surfaces and slightly porous bases, apply only the amount required to penetrate the pore, spreading the material so that there is no surface residue,

removing any excess with a clean cloth.

It is recommended that the product be applied from bottom to top on façades and vertical surfaces to avoid sagging.

Use only neutral soaps when cleaning horizontal surfaces protected with Mercurium, as aggressive products can affect the durability of the treatment.

These instructions are merely recommendations based on our experience. We recommend performing tests for each new type of application or surface to be treated.

Application area

Façades and renovations, heritage works, theme design, civil works, houses, hotels, swimming pool edges, plinths, chalets, public squares.

Instructions

Shake the container before use. The surfaces to be treated must be dust-free, free from fats, salts, debris, silicone and mildew etc. for perfect penetration of the water repellent. The surface to be waterproofed should be cleaned with "selective cleaner".

Apply with brush, roller or spray, two to three times, onto the previous wet layer. Avoid leaving traces of unabsorbed material on the surface. On horizontal surfaces and slightly porous bases, apply only the amount required to penetrate the pore, spreading the material so that there is no surface residue and removing any excess.

Depending on the type of base and the degree of protection desired, it is recommended that the product be applied undiluted for maximum protection in flooring applications. Apply up to a maximum solution of 1:1 in water to obtain a water-repellent protection mainly on façades and vertical surfaces, with minimal tone enhancement.

Protect any surface that should not be treated to avoid alterations.
