Extinguishing spray does not require maintenance. The spray cans are designed for single use only in terms of function and their contents and come with a 4 year maintenance-free shelf life and functional reliability. Fully empty cans can be disposed of via the recycling within the dual system. Other valid recycling specifications in other countries must be observed. Solid-substance fires and liquid fires (except polar solvents such as alcohol, ketones) and grease fires of up to 15 litres can be extinguished using the universal fire extinguishing spray. The impregnating effect of the film-forming substance can be used as heat protection. Hot surfaces can be brought down in temperature through the cooling effect. Even employees who feel uneasy about using fire extinguishers despite regular fire safety training will appreciate using a spray can in the conventional manner. The spray is as easy to use as a typical off-the-shelf spray can and can be easily placed in any room, in a prominent location using the wall bracket (first aid box, workbench etc.) or around the home. This places the fire extinguisher spray exactly where a fire is most likely to occur.
- Before use, remove seal tape and/or twist cap off immediately.
- Actuate spray head and direct the spray jet towards the fire source, spraying directly at it at intervals. The specific spray jet or spray cone supports the extinguishing action very effectively.
- An extinguishing direction from bottom to top and safety clearance of at least 1 m must be observed.
