Features
- Fibre-reinforced, resin-modified mortar with controlled shrinkage and ultra-fast setting.
- Excellent resistance to moisture, ageing, solvents and wear.
- High adhesion to most building materials: concrete, stone, brick.
Advantages
- Applicable horizontally, vertically and even against gravity. Strongly resistant to sagging.
- As it is alkaline in nature, it protects rebars.
- High initial compressive and flexural strength.
Benefits
- Physical-mechanical characteristics very similar to those of concrete.
- Resists high pressures by blocking the water leak to ensure safety.
- Fast, clean and safe.
Do not add extra sand, lime or cement to the mixture because it may cause dripping, sagging or adhesion problems.
Do not apply on dirty or broken surfaces, or surfaces covered in paint residue.
These instructions are merely recommendations based on our experience. We recommend performing tests for each new type of application or surface to be treated.
Datasheets(X)
Plugs water leaks as an emergency measure in the event of damaged pipes, tanks and swimming pools and, in general, to plug elements made solely of concrete.
Suitable for use in tunnels, galleries, wells or concrete channels.
Ideal for ultra-fast anchoring against door frames, handrails, traffic posts, bolts, light boxes etc.
Preparing the substrate: remove all traces of damaged concrete, dust, paint, wax and release agents. Open the hole to allow the product to penetrate deeply. In high temperatures or on highly absorbent substrates, moisten the substrate first.
Preparing the mixture: Mix 5 kg of the product with 1 litre of water quickly by hand or with a trowel and let stand for 2 minutes before applying.
Application: As soon as the 2 minutes is up, take the mixture in your hand and shape it into a rounded point. Then push the product into the crack in the concrete through which the water is being lost and press hard for 60 seconds. To finish, remove any excess and clean around the hole.
Storage
Maximum recommended storage time: One year in its original container, well sealed and sheltered from the elements (under cover at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C).
