Double-sided adhesive tape 3 mm

For panelling, the surface to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from grease and dust.

For non-porous materials, metals, plastics, ceramics, glass and painted surfaces,

clean the surface with paper moistened with adhesion cleaner/activator art. no.089010060.

Allow to dry for at least 10 min.

Remove dust from any wooden surfaces.

In both cases, select the appropriate K+D primer depending on the surface (see below).

Shake the primer vigorously (you can hear the steel ball moving around inside the can).

Apply a thin layer evenly with a brush or sponge.

Leave to dry for at least 30 min. (max. 8 hours).

Place the tape along the strip, without removing the protective paper.

Apply K+D adhesive art. no. 0890 100 … or Bond + Seal Power art. no. 0893 235… for heavy exterior panels.

Apply with triangular nozzle art. no. 0891651 about 5 mm away from the tape.

Remove the protective paper from the tape and press the panel firmly to make contact with the tape. Do this before the adhesive forms a skin (about 10 min.).
