Features
- Product for alkaline cleaning, degreasing and disinfection of contact surfaces, equipment and pipes for transporting liquids in the food industry.
- Specially designed for cleaning and disinfecting milking systems (cattle, sheep and goat farms).
- Its aqueous solution does not produce foam and is therefore suitable for recirculating in pipes.
- It cleans and prevents the formation of layers of organic fat (animal and vegetable) and calcareous salts in equipment and pipes.
- Effective cleaning with all types of water.
- Biodegradable product.
Advantages
- Can be used in water of any hardness, even in hard water (with high lime content), thanks to its high sequestration capacity.
- Effective cleaning over a wide temperature range: no need for high working temperatures.
Benefits
- Effective cleaning even with very hard, poor-quality water.
- A product which effectively prevents calcareous deposits, cleans and removes fatty residues from milk and other products in pipes, milking systems, tanks and refrigeration tanks.
- The product saves energy and is efficient due to its ability to clean at moderate working temperatures.
Use biocides safely. Always read the biocide label and information before use.

Apply DETCLOR after milking operations. It is advisable to combine or alternate the use of DETCLOR every second milking with an acid detergent (such as ACIDODET, art. no. 0893762001).
DETCLOR is dissolved in water (aqueous solution) at a dose of 0.5 to 1 %.
The solution is recirculated in the milking system (milk pipes and their fittings) at an operating temperature of 40-60°C.
In general, for all other food industry applications, dilute the product in water at a dose of 0.5 to 1 % and at a temperature of 20-60°C for disinfecting and cleaning surfaces and equipment. Apply once food has been removed by spraying, immersing or recirculating the solution in the liquid-carrying pipes (milk, vegetable oils, juices etc.), adhering to the appropriate contact times. Ensure that thorough pre-cleaning is performed for disinfection.
After application, rinse the treated surfaces with plenty of water.
