Compatibility.

It is miscible in water in all ratios.

Great degreasing power and effective removal of dirt.

Dissolves, disperses and saponifies built-up grease as well as dried and burnt grease, even at moderate temperatures. Quick and easy rinsing.

Suitable for degreasing all types of cooking surfaces.

Such as ovens, extraction hoods, filters, fryers etc. Do not use on soft metal surfaces (aluminium, zinc etc.).

Lower dosage and greater stability compared to many other products on the market.

All individual organic components contained in the product achieve at least a 60 % reduction in BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) or 70 % reduction in COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) in the ready biodegradability test (OECD 301 A-F).

Application areaCan be applied by spraying or by immersion when applying to griddles, ovens, extraction hoods, filters or fryers.

Instructions

For griddles, ovens and extraction hoods:

Spray the surface and leave the product to take effect on the hot surface (between 40ºC and 70ºC) for a few minutes.

Then remove the burnt grease and rinse with plenty of water.

In ovens with an automatic cleaning cycle, fill the degreasing agent container or connect the dispenser pump to the product container.

It is recommended to passivate the surface using vinegar.

For filters:

Submerge them in warm water (40ºC to 50ºC) with HIGH TECH degreaser at a dosage of 10-20 %.

Leave the filters in the solution for a minimum of 4 hours and then rinse with plenty of water.

It is recommended to passivate the surface using vinegar.

For fryers:

Drain the oil from the fryer and fill with water. Add HIGH TECH degreaser at a dosage of 10-20 %.

Set the temperature to 90°C for 15 minutes. Finally, drain and rinse with plenty of water.

It is recommended to passivate the surface using vinegar.
