Consolidating impregnation for construction

Features

• Impregnation for the hardening and consolidation of degraded or non-cohesive surfaces of mineral-derived materials such as cement, plaster, tempera, perlite, vermiculite, monolayers and other heated or dusty substrates.


• 1-component, odourless and non-yellowing product.


• Compatible with alkaline concrete substrates.


• Cement alkalinity sealant.


• Hardening of bricks that are under-burnt or subject to salt damp, and absorbent stone (clay, sandstone etc.).

Advantages

• Improves adhesion and performance of subsequent layers by acting as a sealant.


• Can be applied indoors and outdoors.


• Easy application, product ready to use. Do not dilute.


• Fast drying and repainting.


• Resistant to fading, water absorption, dirt and alkalinity.


• If necessary, a water-repellent treatment can be applied.


• This reduces the formation of efflorescence in the substrate, but does not solve the problem definitively when water pressure persists.


• Permeable to water vapour
