Features
- Instant tack in 3 seconds with high initial force and a final strength of 150 T/m².
- Sealant and adhesive, can be used to seal overlapping joints and as bonding adhesive between different materials.
- High elasticity.
- Especially suitable for sealing glass, aluminium and wood carpentry, powder-coated aluminium, interior-exterior sealing joints, tiles, concrete, steel, zinc, copper. Also for use with thermoplastics (except polyethylene or PTFE) and thermoset plastics. Paint enamels. Brick, natural or artificial stone, ceramic, most thermoplastics, except PE and PTFE, and thermoset plastics.
Advantages
- Exceptional resistance to premature ageing.
- Does not yellow indoors or outdoors.
- Ideal for sealing façade/window frame joints, window frames, glass and sanitary installations.
- Highly UVA-resistant.
- Does not shrink and has a low odour.
Benefits
- Its high initial tack allows the assembler to assemble parts quickly and efficiently.
- Can be used both indoors and outdoors with guaranteed results.
- Its low odour prevents fatigue during application.
Tensile strength is a product of the contact surface of the product on the bonding surfaces and not of the total surface of the surfaces.
Due to the large number of paints on the market, test before painting to check their compatibility.
These instructions are merely recommendations based on our experience. We recommend performing tests for each new type of application or surface to be treated.
Datasheets(X)
Clean and degrease the surfaces to be joined and open the pores if the surfaces so permit. Slightly moisten surfaces to aid curing.
Apply beads vertically or horizontally without closing the air passage between them to promote curing. Apply pressure to join the parts.
Can be painted wet on wet once a skin has formed, approx. 10-15 minutes after application and up to a maximum of 1 hour.
If used as a sealant, apply a continuous bead, avoiding the formation of air pockets. Smooth with water or chemical smoother PR01_0893003.
