Two-component HS primer for spray gun application, with high insulating power and great stretching capacity, producing high-quality finishes.
  • Excellent adhesion to fillers, primers, fibreglass, cataphoresis (without prior sanding) and sheet metal. Also to PP-EPDM, PP-PE-EPDM and ABS plastics with no need for priming.

  • Contains anti-corrosive pigments.

  • Easy to sand, starting from P400, resulting in great time savings.

  • Available in three colours (white, grey and black), enabling grey scaling to facilitate coverage in all colours on the market.

  • Mixture can be adapted according to the application.

  • Suitable for all water-based or solvent-based paints for use on automotive and industrial vehicles.

  • Isolates filler from the paint, covering its porosity.

  • Reduces the risk of paint sinkage on contours, ensuring protection of the sheet metal.

  • Dissolvable with acrylic solvent, PR01_5866202304shortening drying and application times.

  • Fine spray and great stretching capacity.

  • VOC: 444 g/l.

  • Coverage achieved in two coats 6-7 m2/l (80 µm/coat).

Instructions

Stir for 10 minutes before use. Sand and degrease the surface. Mix with your catalyst of choice in a 100:25 (4:1) volume ratio or in a 100:17 (4:1) weight ratio. Apply with a spray gun.

At 20 °C: Dry to the touch in 15 minutes. Can be sanded after 2 hours and repainted after 3 hours.


At 60 °C: Can be sanded and repainted after 30 minutes.


Infrared drying (at a distance of 80 cm): Evaporation time of 5 minutes and drying time of 7 minutes.
